Gets boring fast

I played the demo of this game a while ago and it got me interested in renting the game, when i got it i was excited to play it. well i played it for about 20 mins and found that it was getting very boring. but the demo kept me entertained for longer so i dont know what it was. I just found it slow and boring. but fun for about 20 mins.

OK, so the the graphics are v.good and motion of the players is fast and fluid - but the music makes you feel like Mario after too many mushrooms (it's way to hyper!). The game menu if half-hearted in a typical Japanese Arcade style and you would have thought they would have done more on this format. Sent it back the same day! If you are nuts about tennis (evidently I'm not), buy yourself a Wii and get Wii sports much more fun, less serious.

This is a really good game but the only problem is it is way too easy. I started this game 6 days agao and completed the whole game yesterday. Bearing in mind I only play an hour to 2 hours maximum at a time. I am so pleased I did not buy this game as its too easy and would have been a waste of money. Brilliant game though and enjoyed it so you are better off renting it!

Nice Little Game

This is a really enjoyable game. It maybe a little old now but the graphics dont look out of place on the ps3. The gameplay is very enjoyable if at times a little easy. Its a good game to have around if you are looking for something to do for 30mins because its easy to play a few game in world tour mode and then leave it. I would recommend that play give this game a go if you've not played it before.

Hard to see the point in playing this average game. Thought Virtua tennis on the dreamcast was better and that came out over 10 years ago!

Fun but too easy

This kept me going for a couple of days especially with Wimbledon season ongoing but was far too easy and finished myself completing the world tour within 2 days so after that got quite boring. The lack of online play also brings the title down as playing other users would have given it a different approach. I would say Virtua Tennis 3 is more of an adhoc game for a quick tennis fix but not a game that will take up too much time.

Pretty, Pretty Boring

Um, how pointless. It's like playing pong but in 3d. limited shots, you win by maing the opponent go in the opposite direction and that's about it. Lasted about 30 minutes. Plus, i'm not great at games and i succeded in all training things and won all my games. Hmm. Spare yourself the anticipation of this arriving and being worth the wait.
