Gripping action movie - from start to finish I was hooked - Neesom is both commanding and intimidating in this performance. I watched it 3 times - and still wanted more. All I can say is - rent this movie if you like someone who is Joe ordinary on the surface - and is able to dish out his own version of justice in pursuit of the one thing that he loved most in the world - and no dancing around with 'reasonable force' - and given the nature of the offenders - I think he was more than leniant! A little dark and disturbing in places - but more than over compensated by Neesom at his best. Awesome

We really enjoyed this film - Liam Neeson really kicks ass and its one of those films with a simple plot that is great for when you have had a hard day and just want to watch a good film full of action. Not confusing like some films where if you blink you might miss something. its just great (pretty violent though).

I saw the trailers for this and didn't think much of it and didn't think it would me my thing. Trust me this is well worth a watch even if you also weren't wowed by the trailer. It is an amazing film from start to finish. Great plot, well acted, well shot and amazing action scenes. I'm definitely going to buy this film for my collection or perhaps get it on the Christmas list!

Wow! What a fabulous film, gripping, action-packed with a touch of violence. Just what I wanted to see in a film. Liam Neeson - what a star! Soon as we watched it we bought our own copy immediately - categorically THE BEST film we've seen yet!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
