Duplicity

Fast-paced and confusing in a 'help me get to grips with this' kind of a way ... lovely when the penny starts to drop, but you're never quite sure which way it's gonna twist and turn. LOVED the ending - unexpected which is always a bonus. Almost worth a re-watch just to catch up with the bits you miss first time round! Extremely entertaining.

Unfortunately this DVD was scratched and we only ended up watching 15mins but what a 15mins they were. I am adding it back to the list because it looks brilliant.
Enjoyable

I am a bit of a Julia Roberts fan and Clive Owen is growing on me - but this movie is just a slamdunk that misses my 'thrilling' button by a mile. The story wasn't enough for me, there was no real twist to speak of (which would oridinarily have me saying 'damn, I did not see that coming'). My partner and I were left feeling pretty let down after investing the time in watching the movie until the end. I would have expected more from the level of actors in the movie. It felt like they were trying to re-enact the mastermind behind movies like Ocean's Eleven - but it lacked the smart humour, twists in story and colourful characters.
Awful

A number of very patronising people have said that you'll only enjoy this movie if you like to think about what you are watching. I don't watch movies with cheese in my ears but I do expect something to happen within the first hour! It was 59mins before the plot became apparent. How interesting can corporate espionage be? Answer: It is not, it is deadly dull. Don't bother.

Love Julia Roberts and Clive Owen so I was expecting to enjoy this film but as it turns out it was rubbish! It was far too long and dragged in certain places...the ending was appauling! Watch this if your bored and theres nothing on telly!
