The High School Musical gang are back in this follow up which finds out what the Wildcat pals get up to in their summer vacation. Troy lands a job working at the Lava Springs Country Club, and once there he also manages to get jobs for the rest of the gang. When the club announces it's having a Midsummer Night's Talent Show everyone thinks Troy and Gabriella are certain to win with the duet that Troy has written for them. But they've haven't counted on Sharpay, who's still bitter from her defeat in the winter musical and is determined to win this time around.

Very good film

This is a very good teenagers film, much better than the first as it reminds you of the best time of the year and is very colourful. One review says on here that it is only suitable for 9-12 year olds but i very much disagree it is suitable for up to 18 year olds thats my personal view anyway.I don't see how a 9 year old would fully understand the film.

MY DAUGHTER ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS, BUT I THOUGHT IT NOT QUITE AS GOOD AS THE FIRST ONE - TOO MANY SONGS!
