boring and sleep inducing

I fell asleep throughout the film - it's boring and has a pointless sub plot about the detective's love life. Utterly pants.

I really liked this gritty crime film that has such a good cast and great acting especially from the gorgeous Salma Hayek. Whoever thinks its boring must enjoy some weird films because the plot keeps you guessing what will happen thrg til the end. Watch it!

I didn't know the story but my husband did and remembered those pictures shown at the beginning were actually the ones he saw when the story was reported. It was about a fella who had a strange relationship with this women and he got women from lonel hears to take them for what they ahd and ended up with her killing each one. The police were always one step behind but then caught up with the pair through some clues that were left. It was well scripted and the little details were right for the year. Put this on your list, its one of those films that is just a little bit different from the norm.
Painful

Do not waste your valuable pennies renting this utter tripe- I felt quite angry that I did. Did the casting director actually consult a picture of the real Martha Beck? Obviously not which may explain the comedy casting of Salma Hayek who is as far removed from resembling her as it is humanly possible. Coupled with some of the worst dialogue EVER this is definatley one to be missed.
