Julia Roberts does it again! She is multi talented and she has such a natural style of presenting documentaries. She brings to your living room the island of Borneo and makes you fall in love with its endangered inhabitants the orang-utans. Highly recommend it! Delightful! I've already booked my holiday to Borneo!

I really enjoyed this film. It was really a pleasing documentary, probably for Julia Robrts fans only, but if you are a fan you'll love it.
Nice documentary

I liked this documentary. Julia Roberts knows how to make a good documentary. She has great and positive experience with gentle Orang-Utans. I learnt things I did not know before although I watched all my life documentaries about animals.
Focus was not on the orangs

I thought this was fairly decent as a general 'star-meets-wildlife' documentary but if you're into orangs I think you'll find it patronising and dull. Half of the film seemed to be about Julia Roberts doing ludicrous voiceovers such as frequently comparing the Bornean rainforest to the busy streets of New York, which I found utterly ridiculous. Much of the film was based on her thoughts and feelings and whenever an orang ever did make an appearance the voiceover would inevitably say how human they look or how fluffy they are. It was a valiant attempt, but it just didn't work. It might be worth watching purely for the moment when Julia Roberts walks right up to a dominant male and starts softly calling his name to get his attention, as if he will realise she is a famous star and come and adore her. He rushes up to her, grabs her and starts dragging her off. Hurrah! At least one being involved in the filming realised that someone truly interested in wildlife should keep a respectful distance and observe natural behaviour rather than trying to provoke behaviour that they think viewers will want to see.
