OC copy

King1and from from South Gloucestershire, 9th April, 2008

If you liked watching, 'OC' then this will be right up your street. This was 85 odd mins of pure teen rubbish, Beverly Hills 9210 all over again. 1 star for the idea and thats it. Was really looking forward to this, the trailer looked like it was going to be a good film but alas I was sorely mistaken. It's basically 85 mins of, 'if you don't change your ways, see what will happen to you', please!!!!!! If i wanted to be preached at i would goto church not waste my time watching a film. Only watch this film if your into teen, 'dramas' but otherwise steer well clear.

Awful first half hour - & then it gets *really* good

Lunar from from Derby, 7th March, 2008

The first half hour is a difficult watch, Chatwin seems a bit too good looking to be the geeky outsider he portrays and certainly doesn’t pull it off to the degree that say, Gyllenhaal did in Donnie Darko. The first 30 minutes are a difficult watch and in all honesty I wasn’t far shy of switching it off, but suddenly after circumstances change within the story, Chatwin suddenly starts to act, to be invested and involved and it not only stole my attention, but commanded it. Lots of neat touches kick in as the story evolves, even some that clicked after the film had finished. After the visual and storytelling storytelling abomination that was Blade 3, director David S. Goyer shows some serious visual chops here and keeps the look of the film beautifully engaging. It’s not going to change the world, but I was highly entertained. A great slice of popcorn, thoroughly enjoyed.

Unusual yet interesting.

Must admit was quite an unusual story line but I liked it, quite unusual. Slightly strange at times but I would watch it again.

Rubbish

Hayling from from Hayling Island, 23rd July, 2008

Same old same old. How many stories have been written and movies made about this. The acting was absolutely horrific.
