Heatseeker will strap you into the pilot's seat and deliver an exhilarating white-knuckle ride that'll have you clutching the joypad as you engage in face-melting 6G turns and fight against a seemingly-impossible amount of airborne enemies.

Heatseeker, the supercharged flight combat game gives players unprecedented control over the military's finest aerial weapons thanks to an innovative use of the Wii controls.

Heatseeker's use of the Wii controls means that players have complete command over their turbo charged arsenal. Using one of the two available control methods, fighter jets and missiles respond instantly to help you make that 10-inch manoeuvre to prevent an enemy warhead shredding apart your F-15 Eagle.

In Heatseeker, players are offered a choice between using the Wii Remote pointer as the plane's guiding system and using the Nunchuk just as a real fighter pilot would use his in-cockpit flight stick. Delivering enhanced graphics and advanced animations, players will want to slam on the airbrakes and reverse thrusters to enjoy the view.

Throughout the game's campaigns, you'll be proving your right to fly with the best. Are you good enough to advance ahead of your fellow pilots and stay top? Can you throw your aircraft to the floor, twist and turn, and punch out counter measures as you pull as many Gs as necessary to out-manoeuvre the missile? Basically, are you good enough to stay alive?

Wow

getting used to flying a plane with the wii controller is very hard but very fun, this game is very good and really makes you feel like you are the pilot but has a hard curve for those who dislike challenges.

Not the best

Matt195 from , 8th April, 2008

Repetetive, laughable, frustrating. The graphics are poor, but the game is fun, but only for a while. Worht a rental perhaps, but nothing more

Great Gameplay!

ChrisL from E. Yorks, UK, 27th September, 2007

The use of the Wii controls in this game is precisely why we love the Wii. It will have you ducking from incoming fire and reeling left and right on the sofa in tight G turns. Unfortunatley the game is let down by the graphics (there again who bought the Wii for the graphics????) targets are blurry unless you get so close you crash into them and the cut-scene text is very unclear. Don't be put off though, this title gets challenging very quickly and is above all; graphics included, great fun!!

A good attempt at a flight shoot em up. reasonable contols and lots of action. you do geta bit dizzy if you use a large screen but it adds to the fun.
