nothing to write home about
A Customer from Dover, England, 28th March, 2007
Nothing in the story or in fact the whole movie to write home about...poor acting from everyone in the cast, no one even seems to have done any effort to make an impression, but it's not their fault, there's nothing demanding in the story. And the direction, well it's nothing more than an amateurish effort of a beginner. Don't bother with this flop...

My review
Jennifer Bruce from Reading, England, 15th May, 2007
I thought this film was excellent, I loved the Indian dancing it was so professionally done, and done in such a way that it was exciting and made you want to do it yourself! The contrast with the American actor meeting the Indian girl was brilliant, both their lives so different, but stll they were well matched. It was funny, serious - just brilliant!
don't watch it if you like Bollywood
A Customer from London, 8th July, 2009
this movie is just aweful! an absolute waste of time it ridiculed all clichés of India and Bollywood terrible songs, terrible acting, terrible script I am surprised Indian actors agreed to act in it I totally lost all hots for the sexy 'Sex & the City' hunk! Cannot think of one good thing to say about that movie, apart from its length, with only 1 hour 30 mins you dont have to suffer through it for that long!
ok

I should have read the others people reviews before... the movie is exactly what they said: poor acting and obvious plot... if you are looking for a film to laugh at and not with, this is the one!
