Radio Times

A bland made-for-TV thriller, directed with little flair by Felix Enriquez Alcala, who isn't helped by the insipid performances of his cast. Melrose Place's Patrick Muldoon and Beverly Hills 90210 star Tori Spelling team up to play a student and an ex-waitress who set out to investigate the mysterious deaths of Muldoon's mother and sister. Despite a neat turn from stand-up comic-turned-serious actor Richard Belzer, of Homicide fame, this is very average fare.

SSSSSSSZZZZ!

A Customer from Surrey, 23rd July, 2005

Usual boring story line, followed by a very slow paced movie. Hardly any action at all. This film is not worth watching.

Neil Welton Review

Neil Welton from Cardiff, 13th January, 2006

A gripping and intriguing plot is only slightly undermined by some stereotypical characterisation and a bit of dodgy dialogue. Indeed, this is well worth a watch just to see the evil Colombian crime lord who has to be seen to be believed. This is a chap who likes nothing more than to knee cap his opponents and to shoot dead his enemies, but then spends part of the film wondering why the American people look down on Colombians. If this stereotypical portrayal of educated and uneducated America is anything to go by, it isn't hard to discover why. However, it is this film's plot that is it's saving grace and overall this 'made for television' movie is quite a reasonable effort considering its genre and the year it was made. Perfect for an afternoon when there's nothing else on television. Consider renting it.
