The Return.. I won't be going back...

PaulaWestwood from , 24th January, 2007

This really looked the deal, the previews set it up to be a fast paced, interesting thriller. It was a slow dirge that had some interest at the end to explain it all, but took a highway to nowhere getting there. I dont want to burst the bubble too much, as I am sure some will fairly enjoy this, but it was pretty tame, no shocks, no surprises, and very laborious to watch. Normally I don't mind S.M. Gellar too much, but in this she is pretty expressionless and I would rather see Uri Gellar. All in all I could not forgive myself if I reccomended this - and though its not a total waste of time, I would pass it over for something more interesting.

THE MOST BORING FILM EVER

A Customer from north east, 30th May, 2007

this film was 80mins long and nothing was explained until about 70mins in. If you want to be entertained don't watch this film. Trust me by the end you won't care what happens who lives or dies, well that is if you don't switch it off before that. SMG shoud really think more carefuly about the roles she accepts as this film shoud never have been made especially with her as the lead actress. She showed more acting potential in scooby doo.

absolutely awful

has to be the worst film I've seen, might have helped if there was any kind of storyline at all. Would not recommend it at all!!

Return to Sender...

Laura from Lincolnshire, U.K, 8th June, 2007

I was really looking to forward to this one - sounded like just my cup of tea. Sadly it turned out otherwise! The film is very dull and very slow for 95% of the time - the sets are grey and brown, the clothes are grey and brown, the weather is grey and brown, the mood is grey and brown. The pace is exceedingly slow throughout, and former kick ass teen scream queen Sarah Michelle Geller has turned into a (brown haired!) weedy, skinny, pale, useless waste of space who looks all puppy eyed throughout and converses in pathetic little whispers that only bats can hear. The rest of the cast are about a memorable as last weeks news. I can't remember personally seeing any other films that have quite the same twist at the end, although there are some very similar ones, so I have to give it at least a two star rating for a little tiny bit of sparkle at the end, and about two decent 'ooh I made you jump' moments in the middle. Don't have a warm drink while you're watching this, you'll be asleep in less than 10 minutes!

I wouldnt Return

Alan Edwards from Croydon, Surrey, England, 7th August, 2009

This film doesnt have enough in it for me to recommend horror fans renting it. It was paint by number scares (the worst kind) and lacked any form of originality. Give it a miss
