Cult film director Kevin Smith (CLERKS, CHASING AMY) and his sidekick Jason Mewes visit college campuses in London and Toronto to answer any and all questions the kids might have about himself, his films, and pop culture in general. Irreverent and spot-on, the program also follows the duo as they hit the streets with questions about Canadian cuisine, and Jason tries out his pick-up lines on unsuspecting Londoners.

Kevin Smith - funny as hell

Millsey from Hastings, 21st April, 2007

The 2nd DVD of Q & A's with the most famous independent film producer in the world. He is as witty on stage as he is in his films, he answers some much needed questions, but you can't help feel embarrased for some of the LOSERS on the London disc, who ask questions of such stupidity you'd think they were dared to ask them. If you are a Kevin Smith fan then you really need to see this, but if you are a Kevin Smith fan, you would have already seen this, so i'm preaching to the Choir.

Kevin comes back,,

Simon from Bristol, 5th May, 2007

After buying the first 'evening with,,' dvd I found out that the second one was on the way. Now having watched it I can proclaim that this one is just as good as the first with Kevin on top form and Jason Mewes making the obligatory appearance. Full of funny anecdotes, including some Affleck bashing, and some wierd questions from the audience, this 2 disc laugh out loud show(s) is well worth a watch, even if you've never heard of Kevin Smith. The comedy within will appeal to most without needing to watch any of his films, although I would recommend you do as it will give you a better idea of the comedic genius of this great man.

Smith Delivers

A Customer from Haywards Heath, England, 1st August, 2007

I would say you have to be a Kevin Smith fan and really enjoy his humour in order to enjoy a 2 disc DVD of his Q&A sessions. With appearances from Jason Mewes, who is surprisingly hot with shorter hair, fans can enjoy Smith's take on everything from his movies to his school days. It was interesting to hear that a lot of what Smith says has since been incorporated into his recent movies and you can enjoy the sometimes inane questions from truly idiotic people. As a Smith fan the DVD is very enjoyable for me but if you don't like his movies I would steer clear.

Ouch!

A Customer from Morecambe, 4th August, 2009

I really like Kevin's general body of work - generally quirky, amusing, off-beat films. This was terrible. I never thought of myself as being that prissy, but the sheer torrent of bad language (f*ck this, f*ck that, f*cking *****, etc) made me turn it off about 2/3 of the way through. I was just f***ing fed up of it.

ok - sort of

A Customer from Cambs, 10th April, 2009

Have not seen any Kevin smith's Q&A evenings before. KS is very funny and sharp witted but the audience in Toronto were cringing, sad geeks that would out-geek sci-fi convention. Some of the questions put forward by the geeks were awful. I would give it 4 stars but cringed at the audience

Disappointing

JenBonJovi from from Glasgow, 29th July, 2008

A bit disappointed, I usually love Kevin Smith but this was not as funny as anything I have seen previously. An unfunny Kevin Smith is still funnier than most though, and I am still looking forward to seeing the 2nd part of the dvd.

Very Good Mr. Smith

Naid from , 17th March, 2008

was an enjoyable Watch except some of his answers seemed to drag into nothingness then skip back in to the original answer, his first Q+A is funnier but this is still a good laugh except the constant ass kissing of the crowd in the hall.
