Brilliant Viewing

A Customer from Midlands, 15th November, 2006

I watched this on Sky One and its one of the better drama's with a touch of humour. Recently widowed, she needs to support herself and finds an avenue with pot. Lots of dysfunctional people (liz perkins is brill!) makes it more fun to watch. For anyone who has not watched this, I thoroughly recommend this.

One of my favourites

A Customer from Berkshire massive, 1st March, 2007

There is a 2nd season as well which I have seen. I think this shows superb and not as serious as some of the other USA shows. A feel good viewing.

Very different to many sit-coms of recent. It is funniest when it's at its most over the top.

unmissable!

what a breath of fresh air this program is! a few reviews bang on about this show not being funny but is not supposed to be constantly funny. it tackles issues personal to the characters that any of the viewers can understand or relate too. perhaps not the selling weed part though! that said, the show is genuinly funny too! the humour in it is often subtle and dry but that is the beauty of it. they don't ram it down your throat. everybody should watch this show at least for a few episodes then make up your mind. naturally it won't be for everybody but the writers are clearly doing something right as they are making a 5th series now. i am on season 3 at the moment and it's getting better every episode. get on to it, click to rent it now! have fun! x

A real grower....

A Customer from London, 14th May, 2009

Weeds, if you have not seen it before, is a fairly good TV series. Not as daring as it thinks, however very knowing in its entertainment and audience. Lighthearted and ultimately just there for a good time, do not take it seriously and you may find you are also unexpectedly moved at times.
