Modern life is rubbish. Nobody talks to each other, work is dull and we are made to feel inadequate by everyone and everything around us. Features the complete series of comedy genius Ianucci's sketch shows.

'Hidden' Episodes

If you find you want more than the first three excellent episodes, try selecting down on the episode select screen, to find five more! Also if you find books are very very short, try turning the pages. I'm here to help.

It's up there with the best of them!
Stephen Carroll from Devon, England, 1st August, 2006
The Day Today, ah-haa.. Knowing me Knowing you, I'm Alan Partridge and of course the Friday and Saturday Night Armistice, the one that got away is this. An instant classic though somehow missed by many. The Armando Ianucci shows are Ianucci once again at his best, with a look through Ianuccis eyes at the weird little world we live in and the weirder lifes of the people who live in it. With some hilarious confused stories of years gone by from Hugh and appearances from an East End Thug who trys his hand in different career paths. If you know Ianucci or even if you dont this is one to watch.

Disturbing and hilarious

Incredibly funny and often very dark series in the tradition of the day today, brasseye and jam.

good but not brilliant

Offbeat and unformulaic which often hits the mark with some funny situations and good performances. A few of the sketches didn't work for me, particularly the 'television people' but these are few and overall its an amusing show.

A funny funny man! I loved him co-writing Alan Partridge and loved his previous BBC shows! This is up there with them, great stuff!
