Fernando Colomo's romantic dramedy follows an English writer in early 20th-century Spain who struggles with culture shock while falling for a local girl. Nice scenery

AWFUL film.don't waste your time...... its premise is : all spanish women are all 'very accommodating' spanish men are all stupid macho men spanish priests are all womanising sex pests all englishman are frigid,uptight frauds you will not care an ounce about any of the characters and what happens to them.
