Unleash all the fun! Comedian Tim Allen gains a hilarious insight into being a great dad when he's transformed into a lovable sheep dog in this update of Disney's comedy classic. The adventures begin as Deputy D.A. Dave Douglas (Allen) is infected with a top-secret serum that morphs his body into that of the family's pet. Now, Dave wants nothing more than to stop fetching and return to fathering... but he'll have to stop the evil genius (Robert Downey Jr.) behind the serum.

Good dog. With a couple of priceless scenes as a prosecutor trying desperately to contain his inner canine, Tim Allen turns what could have been an obligatory revisiting into something worth seeing

Disney at it's best

This is a fantastic disney movie. Great fun although predictable, but that's what makes it good, you know what you are getting before you go to the cinema. If you liked Herbie, toy story or Shrek you will enjoy this one.

Great for the family

Satan Claus from up 'norf, 22nd August, 2006

My kids thought it was a good film and my wife managed to stay awake all the way through it. A little predictable and not as good or clever as other disney or pixar family films. I do like Tim ALLEN in his previous films, but I cant help think that he was not suited to the role, as his wife could probably pass as his daughter. It would have also suited a more zany comedy actor, Chris Rock - Jim Carrey -Eddie Murphy, Tom Hanks - Judge Reinsomething? of Beveley Hills Cop/vice versa. It just seemed to lack something that makes a good film great and something I would buy to play over and over again.

GREAT FAMILY FILM.

Julie from Suffolk, 12th April, 2006

KIDS REALLY ENJOYED THIS FILM. THINK BECAUSE THEY KNEW TIM ALLEN FROM SANTA CLAUSE FILMS THEY WERE EXPECTING A GOOD FILM. I THOUGHT IT WAS QUITE FUNNY IN THE BEGINNING BUT JUST SEEMED TO DRAG FOR THE LAST 40 MINS. AFTER BEING BITTEN BY A SHEEPDOG THAT HAS THE REVERSE AGEING PROCESS TIM ALLEN CHANGES INTO A DOG WITH SOME VERY FUNNY RESULTS, SOON REALISING THAT HIS JOB HAS COME BETWEEN HIM AND HIS FAMILY.

Classic Disney

Tim Allen in his usual slapstick goofy role. Kids though it hilarious. Worth a watch.
