Pretty good.

A Customer from Newcastle, England, 22nd November, 2005

I found this movie alot of fun to watch, i was expecting it to be a bit scary, but it wasn't scary at all. It wasn't as i expected but it was still a very very good storyline and great movie. i'd watch it again.

Worth watching for the twist at the end.....

A Customer from Oswestry, 16th February, 2006

I heard nothing about this film before I viewed it and had no concept of what it was about. I found Kate Hudson very watchable in this leading role and nice to see her doing something abit different. The storyline was very good and I had to explain to my other half the twist at the end.... So concentrate and really think about who the person at the end is and when they became that person.....(got you thinking now).... Loved the ending but as with all these type of films you do find yourself scream at the telly as they always head in the direction of the bad guys instead of just phoning the police or something.........Enjoyed the film dragged a bit in the middle but worth the ploughing on till the end. Enjoy

This is Great

Andy0Boy from Renfrewshire, 1st February, 2006

This film was really good. I dont know how the other reviewers did not like it much. I did not think the film was predicatable in the slightest and the little twists and turns in the movie are really well done, credit to the directors. The music sets a really atmospheric feel to the film and has been chosen well. Its one of those films you could watch again once you have figured it out... excellent work all round and a massive thumbs up...

Didn't see the twist coming

A Customer from Nottingham, 17th December, 2005

Not 100% edge of the seat stuff, however I didn't see the twist coming and it left me stunned for quite some time. Well worth watching!

Keep an open mind

A Customer from Northampton, 20th March, 2010

I like supernatural films so I thoroughly enjoyed this one and the dvd extra's are quite interesting too - check out how to make a traditional gumbo, the ingredients will put you off for life!! The film gives a good insight into the South and New Orleans, how people would and do believe in superstitions. The plot is something I hadn't really seen before, when you think it's getting a bit predictable, the film throws in a bit of a twist at the end. It not a huge special effects film, it stays relatively simple & I would definitely say to watch it, even if your not into 'that sort of thing', it's a good watch.
