A day in the life of a group of gambling buddies, as they sit in on their beloved minor league baseball team game.
Entirely dire ...

... stilted performances are the best that can possibly be expected from a script this weak, despite a concept that had at least some potential. For an enthusiast of enthusiasm, this film serves lackluster characters and punchlines that are at best dry, but for the most part just not funny. Do not watch this movie - instead watch 'The Fan' (baseball fan movie) or 'Cruise of the Gods' (sci-fi fan movie).

Not bad but not great

Anybody who is interested in Baseball or gambling will probably like this film other than that it is not great. There are a few funny moments in it but not many. Brad Garrett (Everybody Loves Raymond) and Wayne Knight (Jurassic Park) lead the cast which sit watching baseball betting on anything and everything. If i were you i'd give it a miss.

Funny Poignant Fast Moving....A Joy

I have no idea how baseball works but in this film it didn't matter. The cast coming together in the cheap seats at the ball game made it come alive. The relationships between them were a delight to watch as the game progressed. The characters were beautifully drawn. Every one with faults and foibles. I loved it and laughed out loud....even though I was watching alone.
