An interesting film

I really enjoyed this film. An unusual subject that worked well. It was amusing in places and poignant in others. Tom Courtney and Albert Finney played two totally opposite men who had both lost their wives at the same time. They formed an uneasy relationship at first which slowly developed into a friendship. Joanna Lumley supplied a breezy, glamourous touch as a 'gold digger'.

I enjoyed Tom courtney's performance but though Joanna L and Albert finney were playing it a bit too cliche.
