Two astronauts awaken in a hyper-sleep chamber aboard a seemingly abandoned spacecraft. It's pitch black, they are disoriented, and the only sound is a low rumble and creak from the belly of the ship. They can't remember anything. Who are they? What is their mission? With Lt. Payton staying behind to guide him via radio transmitter, Cpl. Bower ventures deep into the ship and begins to uncover a terrifying reality. Slowly the spacecraft's shocking, deadly secrets are revealed, and the astronauts find their own survival is more important than they could ever have imagined.

Sci Fi horror at it's best.

Fabshavin from , 23rd January, 2010

This films seems to be criminally under rated in general, it is hard to know where to start with a review for this film other then it is one of my favourite films in recent years. I read a review before I watched it that said it is The Decent meets Event Horizon and is the best sci fi horror film since Aliens and after watching it I pretty much agree with all points. The acting is solid, the story is great with a lot of mystery and twists all the way through and I liked it so much that after I watched it the first time, the very next day I watched it again. Saying all that it isn't perfect, there is a couple of moments that left me a bit disorientated and scratching my head wondering what had just happened and those who have seen the film will probably understand what I mean but I think this is down to some poor editing which with any luck might be corrected for the DVD release. To sum up, it might not be everyones cup of tea but I loved it and although it didn't do as well as it should have done at the cinema I am sure it will become a cult classic.

Event horizon meets 28 days later

Well done in places, a little illogical in others. Not really that scary, not a great story. err, not much more to say. There's a LOT of better films out there.
