PS3 owners BUY THIS GAME

I finished uncharted 2 in one night, not because its short but i couldnt put the game down. The graphics are immense (better than UC, even better then MGS4), the gameplay is never the same your always thrown into a new sceneiro. The voice acting is very good and hilerious. Uncharted 2 feels more like a interactive movie than a game, and a hollywood blockbuster at that. If you have a ps3 - GET UNCHARTED 2 NOW If you havent got a ps3 and you love games - UR REALLY REALLY MISSING OUT OHHH and no loading times too.

Brilliant!!!

Combine the climbing and the roaming style of tomb raider underworld and the 3rd person shooting style of the later 007's, then times it by ten and you have uncharted 2. absolutely fantastic game, couldnt turn it off. only took me 9 hours to complete, so definatley a rental, not a buy, but none the less brilliant 10/10, 5 stars =)

the best game ever?

Nothing has touched me in video gaming as much as Resi 4. Now that has maybe just been equalled with uncharted 2. From the start without the need of a 20 minute cut scene you are in the action with seamless playing and watching with such a story the cut scenes are like watching a movie and not a chore. The biggest plus in my book and why other software developers don’t sit up and listen is zero loading times. Yes zero. One long load at the start and that’s it, even the cut scenes pop in and out without loading. How? I don’t know but it makes the whole game flow like never before. I won’t mention a word about the game as it’s so unique and I would hate to spoil a moment for any gamer. If you love video games you must, must buy this AAA title. If you don’t have a PS3, you may just miss out on one of the best games ever made to date.

Uncharted 2 - a bit of a drag

It started off well and the graphics were amazing but after a while you do start to ask such questions as why must I climb to the top of a buidling, climb down killing a large number of bad guys and then just unlocking a door at the bottom that you were previously the other side of? Why not jsut smash it down? Can't be bothered wasting my time writing about this game anymore.

Why UC2 Doesn't Deserve Five Stars

This is a great game, and I agree with the other positive reviews here. However, whilst there are plenty of 'wow' moments in this game, it's certainly not perfect. CRAP THING ONE: You spend FAR TOO MUCH of the game climbing walls - it soon gets very boring. CRAP THING TWO: There are too many bits where you can't get through a door because it's locked, so you have to wonder miles around to get a key or switch or whatever. Dull, dull, dull. CRAP THING THREE: There were a few bits where I was stuck for a while. The game eventually gives you hints, but wondering around until then is no fun. So while this game delivers beautifully in many ways, it's certainly not all 5 Star perfection.

An absolute Masterpiece.

Among thieves is easily one of the best games to be released in a long time. Right from the start its innovative, fresh and exciting: a trait that it manages to effortlessly carry throughout the length of the game. It is one of the smoothest running and best looking games i have ever played,and tells a great story with interesting, believable and very funny characters. It has also fixed a few minor issues that were present in Drake's Fortune, the formula of which consisted of climb some walls, shoot some bad guys. repeat. A formula that worked. However Naughty Dog have just upped their game to produce a truly immense gaming experience with non-stop unpredictable cinematic action that would put most modern movies to shame. Although it essentially is, Uncharted 2 doesn't feel very linear like the first one did. The pace of the game can change in a heartbeat, and youre always dropped in at the deep end when a new challenge arises, a simple but clever way to ensure the gameplay doesnt become stale. Firefights are greatly improved. When they come, the new range of weaponry, easier controls and the fact that most enemies no longer take forever to kill make them far more enjoyable. The only shortcoming of Among Thieves is that well.. its pretty short. (It can be completed in two big sessions, which is why its ideal for renting) And if youre being really picky, the games a little unrealistic in terms of the physics behind jumps, rope swings etc. but who'd want to play an ultra-realistic action game where you can only jump 2 meters and your hands get tired from all that hanging around? Uncharted 2 gets a solid 9/10 from me and it would be very suprising if this game doesnt clean up every award going in 2010.

i put the game in my ps3..bang!..MY JAW IS ON THE GROUND AND I AM STILL TRYING TO PICK IT UP... OH MY GOD.. visually awesome gameplay ace just if u have a ps3 u have to buy this game if u dont.. u should feel bad..
