Cult filmmaker Jake West (EVIL ALIENS, RAZOR BLADE SMILE) and comic book writer/illustrator Dan Schaffer ('Dog Witch', 'The Scribbler') unite for this distinctively British horror comedy. When a group of young men--including Danny Dyer (THE BUSINESS, SEVERANCE), Noel Clarke (TV's DOCTOR WHO, ADULTHOOD) and Stephen Graham (THIS IS ENGLAND, PUBLIC ENEMIES)--descends upon a remote rural village, the lads look forward to a weekend of high jinks and male bonding. But their fun-filled break soon segues into a living nightmare when they discover that the village's female populous has succumbed to a mysterious virus that has turned them into ravenous creatures with a penchant for male flesh...

London Lite

Thank God for Danny Dyer. Compared to colourless celebs trained in what not to say, the East End boy is a breath of foul-mouthed air... He was offered LESBIAN VAMPIRE KILLERS long before Horne and James Corden. His new flick, his 20th since his debut in HUMAN TRAFFIC a decade ago, has a similar theme – mates wind up in a village full of female zombies – but it's much funnier

Ok but not brilliant

Mark Winter from Suffolk, 23rd November, 2009

This is a comedy and a horror all in one. However the comedy and horror elements work well both individually and together. It's an age old premise. A group of people go on holiday and find that their destination is not as expected. It's not really unique, but if you like scary films then give this a go. There are some really funny moments, and likewise some really scary moments. The makers have not made a halfway house horror/comedy. The cast list is good. There are some really decent household names. I'd give this the lower end of 3 stars. It's not a classic, but well worth a watch.

Funny

Alistair from Bridlington, 18th October, 2009

This is an ok film, it starts off like its gonna be a real good horror and then turns into a comedy. Not bad and it does have you laughing in parts. Not a bad film to watch

another zombie film, made watchable by the fact it is light humoured apart from that, new take on an old theme

Dog S**T!

Pablo69 from , 20th February, 2010

Really wanted to enjoy this film as I love a good Zombie movie & Danny Dyer is the dogs b***ocks. Started really well with a bit of background on the characters so I thought I was on for a quality comedy horror. Sadly, after a promising start, all the comedy & horror left! Acting was pretty crap & the make-up & effects even worse! 2 out of 5 is me being very kind!

How can such a rubbish film be so good?

Chris Smith from Devon. England, 20th December, 2009

This film is pure rubbish. The story is just ridiculous. However,it is somehow a birlliant film. It is one of the funniest things I have ever seen. I watched it after a bad day at work, I switched my brain off and had one hell of a laugh. It's kind of like Shaun of the Dead only better. If you are looking for a film for the lads or a film to brighten your day (and you don't take things too seriously) then get this film.

This film is a joke and not in the way you wolud like it to be, loads of cheesy one liners that dont work, Danny dyer has really let the side down with with one! Its bascially shaun of the dead but with a group of lads, the only difference being is that this isit funny at all.....
