Street Frighter!!!

AMJ from , 28th June, 2009

An absolute waste of time! They ruined the story, The fight sequences are poor and only last seconds, the visual effects are as good as an episode of Power Rangers and the movie in general is very corny! Just as the Street Fighter name was on the rise, it takes something like this to ruin it just like the first live action movie did!

Street Fighter - Legend of Chun-Li

A Customer from Bristol, 16th February, 2010

Excellent Marshall Arts. Would have been more believeable if the actresses playing the roles from childhood to adulthood had at least maintained the same ethnicity?!! Ken's story or Rayu (sorry that is proabaly not how it is spelt) , now they would have been more interesting

What were you expecting?

Lock from , 29th January, 2010

I felt I had to write this because of how harshly this film has been judged compared to how surprisingly good it is! Its not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, the soundtrack is cringe worthy but it is much, much better than that Van Damme abomination. The fight scenes are quite sparse and Kristen Kreuk relies on wire work far too much but aside from that they are well choreographed with some great set pieces. Most importantly nowhere, honestly nowhere at all, is there anything that would make a street fighter purist start chewing the sofa in anger! This isn't going to threaten Street Fighter II the animated movie's place at the tippy top of the stack of SF2 films but it is a hell of a lot better than we had any right to expect and a nice way to pass an evening.

wasnt total crap

A Customer from Ammanford, 16th December, 2009

it wasn't exactly as i expected. it was quite well made but i thought it was a bit boring and was nothing new. very similar to so many other movies. i cant help thinking that SF fans would be better off spending an hour and a half playing the game instead of watching this. Deffenately a renter.

RUBBISH

A Customer from Morden, 15th December, 2009

Do not waste your time, better stick to the original! The acting (or lack of) was poor! Action was ok, nothing new.
