Shocker focusing on a film fanatic whose quest to procure a print of a notorious slasher movie leads him and two friends on a trek into the backwoods where the film was originally shot.

Disappointing
DJM666 from , 8th October, 2009
A pretty average, 77-minute long horror movie with an uneven pace, average acting, average effects (the blood in particular is especially fake looking), a basic plot, basic characters (most of which are unlikeable) and an easy to spot plot-twist. The look of the killer (Babyface) is good and there are a few recognisable faces (William Sadler, Tad Hilgenbrink, Sophie Monk), but given the advertising & positive reviews I have seen for the film on a few horror websites I expected more.

Why do they make rubbish like this. Surely when they make it they realise its so bad !!! And why do I sit through this rubbish when I rent it. Am I getting too old for thiese types of films, am I too fussy, or was it just that bad ! Yes it was ! Avoid

Not sure where this was going. It seemed to be an apology for itself. Worth watching if you like teen horror & gore, but ultimately a cop out. It's kind of a sanitised exploitation movie. If the director had either a better sense of humour or none at all, the film might of worked, but this somehow fails as dark humor or as a genuine sleaze fest.
