An enjoyable period drama

A Customer from OXON, 24th September, 2009

Clearly done on a very tight budget and the English weather wasn't on their side, but an otherwise enjoyable and lighthearted film. I'm not sure whether it wants to be a coming of age film or a funny piece of nostalgia but definitely worth a look.

OK

Quite a watchable film, with a good cast, but you will soon forget it.

Not much happening

Xenon from , 8th March, 2010

The 50s detail is very well done and has a good cast but not much happens and is rather slow. I thought the poor weather made it more authentic!

TERRIBLE!

Chelby from Dark, dark Essex, 16th November, 2009

Really wanted to see this, thought it would be similar to East is East but sadly, far from it. Very slow - made me cringe it was so bad - perhaps just not my cup of tea. My recommendation ... don't bother!!
