Director Saabir Khan's KAMBAKKHT ISHQ marks a historic first on two levels: it's the first Bollywood feature to include the presence of a major star (Sylvester Stallone) and the first to be shot at a Hollywood studio (Universal) with an elephantine budget (11 million dollars -- a staggering sum by Indian standards). Headlined by the iconic Bollywood couple Kareena Kapoor and Akshay Kumar, the film tells of an Indian stuntman who realizes the Hollywood career of his dreams but cannot find the love of his life in Southern California. |
