Had problems with the Blu-Ray

MrAndyC from , 6th December, 2009

Could not get disc 4 to play on my PS3, even after being sent a replacement. It would play for 30 mins then stall It may be a general problem with my machine, but it messed up the blu-ray player, and took quite a lot of messing around before it would play anything again.

pretty good

e300 from , 8th December, 2009

The very first episode put me off this series, anoying over testosteroned super mum, annoying super clever rebel son, silly 5ft, 80lb protector and silly cheesy always almost caught scripts..... It just kept getting better though and im now hooked. Plenty of wit, plots that twist and turn fast enough to keep your mind off the unrealistic paradox's and logic. And of course the programs real saviour, Summer Glau. The utterly rediculous t8xx. Who cares she is dwarfed by her weaponary, she looks great and has a vacant look and wit that no terminator since Arnie has managed. This second series seems superior to the first. Great stuff.

SO BAD IT HURTS

A Customer from Poole, 11th February, 2010

This is even worse than 'the new adventures of superman' back in the 90's.The big problem with this is the main character,Sarah Connor, who looks nothing like the one we already know.To give the feeling of a continuing story you'd think someone who looked even vaguely alike would have been sort.Apart from this maybe nit-picky point, the acting is woeful and the new protecting terminator is so unconvincing it really hurts to watch. The original 1984 film will be very very hard to beat, even T2 with all the special effects failed in other areas, corny script mainly.Do we need a cheesy tv spin-off? not when it's as naff as this.

Enjoyable romp

Pacey, racey, and nice to watch. Lena and Summer are stereotypical television beauties but who cares. Not to be taken seriously.

Shame this is the Last Series

Crookshanks from , 1st March, 2010

I have enjoyed both series of Sarah Connor immensley and wish that another series had been commissioned as it's a real shame the story is coming to an end. However, saying that I did feel the series got wrapped up fairly well. Ok there where a few loose ends and some mismatchs with Terminator 3's storyline (which was a shame). The characters were fleshed out more in this 2nd outing with some good references to the original films. Summer Glau as the Terminator especially stands out with her ability to act deadpan like Arnie and Sarah Connor was also very well played out. A good series that fills in some extra blanks and info for avid Terminator fans.
