Something Different.

After killing her husband in self-defence, Marine returns to her home to live out the rest of her sentence with a electric tag. But what the police don't realise that his ghost is still haunting there and violently attacking Marine after years of constant abuse. The only escape is a young man that she delvops a relationship with but will she surrive from the shocking encounters of him or will she die for the crime? It's without doubt something different compared to many horror films of late, some jumpy out moments and shocking scenes of violence espeically to someone that I will not spoil. It ends nicely without having to really think it through and the pefomances from Franke Jassan and Ed Westwick (sorry about the spelling but you know who I mean) are good. If you like horror movies with a difference that has a plot, this is for you.

100 feet is a bloody violent film that really didn't have a story to it and centered around 4 characters. It could have been a lot beter and had more of a story to it, there was no twists no unexpected frights and was quite boring actually... There is one bit when the ghost kills a visitor to the house and it is quite grafical and when you ghost smashes him im to the ceiling and splits his head open or when he punches him and his jaw goes 190 deg then it is a bit end of seat but untill then it is pretty mundane.

Definately worth a look!

It was nice to finally see a supernatural horror that doesn't use a rubbish explanation for the events that take place. This film pretty much spells it out for you and plays it straight. And you know what? It works. Woman kills husband, husband's ghost comes back for revenge. There's some excellent imagery (plus a few dodgy cgi effects that don't manage to spoil the fun) and the director builds a decent level of suspense throughout. There's one particularly shocking scene which gore fans will absolutely love and a handful of moments which should make you jump! Famke Janssen is as good as always and hardcore horror fans should look out for a cool supporting role from John Fallon. Fallon is best known as horror fanboy The Arrow from the legendary horror fansite Arrow In The Head. This guy knows horror and if anybody deserves to be getting a break in these movies, it's him! Check out his site if you haven't already!

Awful

This lacked atmospheric scare value and wasn't gorey either (except for one rather horrid scene). Nor was it a good drama, and it was also had a couple of major flaws that I would detail if it wouldn't spolil the ending. It did startle me a lot a one point and it did have a handful of nerve-wracking (ish) scenes, but it had no subtlety, poor effects, and it's been a while since I watched a film that interested me less. I never leave reviews here, only ratings, I'm leaving a review now to save others wasting one of their rental choices on this.

This was action packed with an ongoing storyline that made you guess the ending right up to the end!!! Good film.
