The Office: An American Workplace is back with Season 3! Ricky Gervais' critically acclaimed and multi-award winning The Office is taken across the pond. This unique comedy series offers a smart, tongue-in-cheek documentary-style look at the humorous, and sometimes poignant, banality of the 9-to-5 white-collar work world.

The Office: An American Workplace takes a painfully funny look at the interactions of the cubicle jockeys at Dunder Mifflin paper supply company in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Golden Globe winner Steve Carell (The 40-Year Old Virgin) stars as unctuous regional manager Michael Scott who hosts the documentary crew on a tour of the workplace. Jenna Fischer (Walk Hard), John Krasinski (Jarhead, Kinsey), Rainn Wilson (Six Feet Under), and B.J. Novak (Punk'd) star as the employees who tolerate Michael's inappropriate behavior only because he signs their paychecks.

The Best TV has to offer!

Rish from from Newcastle upon Tyne, 25th July, 2008

Season 3 of The Office, what can I say! The US version I feel has taken the office to a new level…. It is absolutely amazing. The acting is absolutely fantastic, the characters are great and it’s a well-balanced show. Season 3 is the top quality- and it would be difficult to be better than what it is! After a Poor season 1 and a good season 2, I think Season 3 establishes the show as one of the greatest modern comedy shows in history! So watch them in order, just keep faith with it…. It gets better and better!

why do i love this?

A Customer from Edinburgh, 28th October, 2008

..because it is not the UK one! because Steve Carrell can deliver a line effortlessly! because it feels like the cast do not know how good they are (unlike the occassionally smug uk cast) and most importanty the cast can hold a tv series together and manage an A-list career successfully, can the uk bunch say the same thing??? i think not.

Ok

Cocoa from , 8th September, 2008

I tried not to compare it to the british version but its pretty much impossible. Its nt bad at all its just not done as well. The actors seem too self aware and the stories a little too heavy handed. Steve Carrell is great though as a much more sympathetic character than Brent ever was. Its the supporting cast that let it down for me. I enjoyed it but just not that much, there are some good scenes though in particular the convention episode was very good. A good show but just not lliant like the original.
