1. Registration to take up this promotion must be completed before 31.07.07.
2. To qualify for the free iPod Shuffle, you must subscribe and pay for a minimum of three months with the correct promotional code. This excludes the free trial period for all new customers and any discounted package, e.g. pre-pay or gift voucher purchases.
3. The free DVD rental offer is only valid for first-time subscribers to SofaCinema.co.uk and cannot be redeemed if you have previously had an account with any other LOVEFiLM International operated service.
4. This offer may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer and is limited to one per household.
5. The free trial period expires 30 days after registration unless you choose the Lite 4 or Lite 6 packages, in which case the relevant free DVD rentals will apply.
6. A valid credit/debit card is required to redeem the offer.
7. The registration process includes providing an email address, password, home address (so Sofacinema.co.uk can send you the DVDs), credit card details (to verify identity) and creating a selection of at least ten titles.
8. Only users who have made their third subscription payment to Sofacinema.co.uk will receive an iPod Shuffle.
9. Your iPod Shuffle will be dispatched within 30 days of making your third subscription payment.
10. At expiry of the free trial period, credit/debit cards will be automatically billed for the monthly subscription fee based on the package selected, unless subscription has already been cancelled.
11. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, however, no refunds or credits will be given for partial monthly subscription periods.
12. All DVD rentals must be returned before termination is effective.
13. Subscriptions are only available to persons of age 18 or over.
